Nawwaar Hammad Mazrui

Nawwaar Hammad Mazrui, a proud Sheikh Khalifa alumna, began her journey as a teacher and later served as a Dean of Studies at Nairobi Muslim Academy. She currently serves as the Coast Regional Officer at KUCCPS.

Her journey has been driven by a passion to inspire young minds to put in their best efforts and fully explore their potential. She draws inspiration from her father and role model, Sheikh Hammad M. Kassim Mazrui, the former Chief Kadhi of Kenya, whose lifelong dedication to community service shaped her purpose of serving humanity.

Nawwaar is also an author of two books, including Between Hope & Fear, where she emphasizes the importance of excellence, knowledge, and purpose within the Ummah. Through her work and message, she continues to encourage the youth to pursue education not just for livelihood, but as a path of growth, impact, and higher purpose.
